YES, Most of our services are active 24 x 7 x 365 days. However few services that have Regulatory Compliance to run campaign only during business hours then those campagains are broadcasted in business hours only. However webportal to view or schedule campaign are live 24 x 7 x 365 days.
Our system are hosted in scalable Cloud Hosting Envirnoment that are fully secured and built to handle heavy traffic volume. However standard plans that are available run on Shared Cloud Hosting Envirnoment, where multiple users campaign run parellel and hence you might experiance delay in delivery if you upload single campaign of very high volume*.
However as a user if you intend to broadcast very high volume in short duration we recommend you to avail ENTERPRISE DEDICATED SOLUTION and as per your business requirment we could upgrade daily broadcasting capacity for your account only. However to avail this plan you need to contact our Sales Team and they will share timeline and budget on case-to-case basis to setup and golive of this solution.
We have standard payment policy for all our service. All our services delivered online as PRE PAID / ADVANCE PAYMENT mode only. For clients based in India we have NetBanking / PAYU MONEY / CCAVENUE options for Debit or Credit Card Payment. And for International Clients we have SWIFT Account and PAYPAL available. We generate formal INVOICE with complete service, costing and tax details (as applicable) and against that client is expected to do payment.
Almost all Digital Marketing Services are delivered or ready to use within 30 Mins of payment confirmation during business hours. For other services depending on scope of work timeline of delivery may differ. Feel free to contact Sales team for more details.
We have dedicated Support Team available 365 days during business hours. You may contact them by sending Email or Phone and they would assist you and resolve your issues on priority. We have Advance Ticketing System linked to Emailing system hence against each email sent to Support Team a unique ticket id is assigned and automated status update is send to you as our Technical Support Engineers work/resolve your issue.
We strongly believe that to have long term business relationship with our client its very critical that Support Team ensure almost 100% resolution to client issues in minimum time duration. We also have escalation matrix incase issue are not resolved within defined SLA.
As an organization we strongly believe that we give 100% customer satisfaction via our products and services. If due to external factors we fail to deliver the service as per defined scope of work or there is major technical issue we request customer to cooperate and give time for our technical experts to resolve your issue. On case-to-case basis management hold rights to take actions however final discussion would be with management.
YES, we do have standard guidelines about DOES & DON'T about our service and product. In case we get an alert or observer any violation of our terms and condition by end user. Company hold rights to terminate or suspend user account without any Refund. Hence we always request clients to read and follow T & C and enjoy benefits of our products and services towards growing your business.
